01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 99club ("99club", "We", "Us", "Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 99club.asia and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By registering a 99club account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any service offered on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any supplemental policies incorporated by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99club platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 99club platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active 99club account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as a representative, agent, or on behalf of any business entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 99club or its affiliated technology or operations partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database, whether maintained by 99club or by any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions where applicable.

99club reserves the absolute right to verify a player's age at any point — including during registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon receiving any information that raises doubt about a player's age. Verification is conducted via government-issued identification, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, B-Form (for age confirmation only), or passport.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming services on 99club, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The information you provide at registration forms the basis of your player profile and is used for identity verification, payment processing, and communication.

3.1 — Registration Requirements

You are required to provide, at minimum, the following accurate information during registration:

• Full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued ID (CNIC or passport)
• Date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid Pakistani mobile number (JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered numbers are accepted)
• A unique, secure password of at least eight characters

3.2 — Know Your Customer (KYC) Obligations

Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at 99club's discretion at any time, players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or valid passport (photo page)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months, showing your name and residential address
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method used (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account) is registered in your name
• Source of Funds: 99club may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited, particularly for large deposit volumes

One account per player is strictly enforced. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

04 Account Security & Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 99club account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 99club of unauthorised access.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 99club account
• You must immediately notify 99club support if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• You must use a device that is secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or other unauthorised monitoring software when accessing 99club
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device

99club will never contact you requesting your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 99club that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

05 Deposits & Payment Processing

99club accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All real-money accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR-denominated transactions.

5.1 — Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 99club Cashier at the time of transaction.
• 99club does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which 99club accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 99club account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by banking or payment system issues are outside 99club's control.
• 99club reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems or that cannot be verified against your KYC information.

5.2 — Prohibited Deposit Sources

Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, theft, or proceeds of crime, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 99club is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming license.

06 Withdrawals

99club is committed to processing withdrawals for verified players promptly. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary based on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and security review requirements.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (the "same-source rule"), subject to payment method availability.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. No exceptions.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the 99club Cashier and may vary by payment method.
• 99club reserves the right to conduct enhanced security reviews for large withdrawals or withdrawals that deviate from a player's normal transaction patterns. This may extend processing times.
• If a player's account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation, withdrawal processing will be suspended until the investigation is resolved.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they enter the processing queue. Players should ensure withdrawal details are accurate before submitting.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Terms

99club offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. Bonuses claimed using false or third-party information will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 99club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to obligations already incurred by eligible players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7.2 — Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, hedging bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited. 99club reserves the right to void any bonus, winnings, and associated balance, and to permanently close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

08 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 99club platform — including live dealer casino games, slot titles, instant games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. These individual rules supplement and do not replace these general Terms.

• All bets, once confirmed by the system, are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• 99club uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures are based on certified independent testing.
• In the event of a technical error, server failure, or communication disruption during gameplay, 99club reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player balances. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.
• 99club's decision regarding the outcome of any game, dispute, or bet is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99club platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99club reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any associated balance.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting an underage person in accessing the platform
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 99club
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or depositing funds of illegal origin
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99club staff members via any communication channel
• Attempting to access 99club systems beyond the scope of normal player activity, including any form of hacking, reverse engineering, or penetration testing without authorisation
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage

10 Responsible Gaming

99club is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a small proportion of players and take our obligations to promote responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available, free of charge, to all 99club account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount you can deposit into your account within the specified period

11 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99club platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the 99club platform
• You must not use 99club's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
• Screen-scraping, data mining, or automated data collection from the 99club platform is prohibited

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99club, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 99club platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data, bets, or game progress due to technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues
• Gambling losses incurred on the platform in the ordinary course of gameplay
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions

Nothing in these Terms limits 99club's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

99club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a 99club account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
• 99club does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Payment data is processed by regulated third-party payment providers and is not stored in full on 99club servers
• All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. 99club undergoes regular security audits to maintain data protection standards
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to 99club's legal and regulatory retention obligations

14 Amendments to These Terms

99club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99club will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the 99club platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99club holds its international gaming license. The application of any conflicting local laws is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permissible.

15.1 — Internal Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the 99club platform, you must first contact 99club's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute in writing. 99club will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information.

15.2 — Escalation to Licensing Authority

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the dispute resolution body designated by 99club's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request from our support team. This escalation right is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

15.3 — No Class Actions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes between you and 99club must be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class action, collective action, or consolidated claim against 99club arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform.
